Brett Bennett, the managing broker of Ajax Real Estate, is a 25-year residential, commercial and land real estate veteran who has represented builders, developers, banks, and homeowners in a wide array of real estate transactions. Brett has built a solid foundation of loyal clients through his buying, selling, marketing, and financing advisory services.
Brett graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in 1991. Beginning his career with a builder and developer, he gained a great deal of insight into real estate, land development as well as land acquisitions, and home building. His specific areas of expertise include marketing, sales, product design, strategic planning, financing, and streamlined transaction management.
Brett is a family man raised in Colorado with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and three children. An athlete by nature, in winter he is an extreme snow skier taking challenges of back country skiing throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Fly Fishing is also a year-round passion. In the spring or fall during a cloudy day, you will probably find him fly fishing on one of several gold medal waters in Colorado. He also spends time with his two golden retrievers and his cat Cashew. Brett serves as the co-chairman of the Mile High Bash to cure ALS, a disease his father died from in 2010. Since inception of the Mile High Bash in 2006, he and his group have raised over $2,060,000 for ALS research.
