Eric Bennett is a broker associate at Ajax Real Estate. Eric graduated from Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village and from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in Boulder. Eric obtained his real estate license in 2007 and began pursuing real estate full time in 2012. During that time, Eric finished college, traveled around the world with the Semester at Sea program and worked in small business banking with US Bank.
Since leaving the banking industry Eric has helped numerous buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. He also started a small private construction lending company, a real estate investment company, and has managed extensive home remodeling projects. These experiences have given Eric valuable insight and knowledge on many different aspects of real estate.
Eric has worked in numerous markets around Colorado, ranging from the Denver metro area to the Vail Valley. Eric is a 4th generation Colorado native and has lived in the state his whole life. Living in Centennial, Boulder, Lower Highland, West Highland, and East Washington Park has given Eric first-hand knowledge on the many different communities that make Colorado great.
In his free time, Eric enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling and spending time with his family. On most fall Sundays you will find Eric at Mile High cheering on his beloved Broncos. Eric has many philanthropic influences in his life and he has continued in that family tradition. Eric organizes an annual Halloween event to raise money for scholarship funds for students in need of financial aid at the University of Colorado and Colorado College. These scholarship funds are in memory of his mother and a close family friend. Eric is also a trustee of the Schlessman Family Foundation.
