  1. Listing appointment with the broker associate of your choice. Determine your time frame, marketing plan and review your listing agreement.

  2. Prepare house for Showings.  Broker associate will make suggestions on any cosmetic changes or staging necessary to sell the house for the best price possible.

  3. Take photographs, record virtual tours, and finalize all marketing material for the home sale.

  4. Enter home into the Multiple Listing Service and all other real estate related websites.

  5. Buyers will begin touring the home.  Your broker associate will follow-up with prospective buyers and you will receive feedback from potential buyers and their broker associates.

  6. Based on feedback from potential buyers, your broker associate will formulate an extensive plan.  Including open houses, revising the marketing plan and reviewing all marketability of the home.

  7. Once offer/offers are received, your broker associate will guide you through negotiating the best possible purchase contract and price that fits your needs and timing.

  8. Your broker associate will guide you through the contract process including assisting in proper disclosure forms, reviewing title work, meeting all dates/deadlines and other provisions of the contract.

  9. Pre-closing checklist, reviewing settlement and lender figures.

  10. Closing!
